Pillar 01 · The Capital
The Endowment
Philanthropy that spends its principal dies with its founder. Ours is built the other way: capital invested permanently, returns committed permanently.
Scope
What the Endowment holds
Anything that compounds responsibly is in scope: property, software, hardware, equity. Where the group's own operating competence in technology applies, the Endowment builds rather than buys.
Real Assets
- Income-producing real estate
- Development projects with social anchors
- Agriculture & timberland
- Long-duration infrastructure
Technology
- Software & SaaS ventures
- Hardware & deep technology
- Assistive & educational technology
- Group-built platforms
Private Markets
- Private equity & co-investments
- Credit & structured opportunities
- Listed equities & liquidity reserves
- Mission-aligned ventures
Method
Four movements
I
Entrust
A benefactor commits capital to the Foundation by mandate: a defined amount, a defined horizon, a conversation held in private.
II
Invest
The Endowment deploys across real assets, technology and private markets, with the discipline the CNOTA group built over two decades.
III
Commit
Net returns flow to the Children's Mandate: nutrition, disability care, education and relief, through vetted partners.
IV
Account
Benefactors receive one consolidated report: what the capital earned, what the earnings built, and where their grove stands.
A note on regulation
The Foundation accepts philanthropic mandates from eligible benefactors by invitation or referral, subject to compliance review. Nothing on this site is an offer of financial products or investment advice to the public, and participation is not an investment service. How the capital is governed, held and reported is set out under Governance.
Endow something that outlives you.
Mandates begin with one private conversation, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Milan.
